Pseudo Appoints David Bohrman As New CEO

David Bohrman, a networkproducer who last worked at CNNfn as Lou Dobb's right hand executivevice-president, has been appointed CEO of Pseudo Programs (http://www.pseudo.com).Pseudo is an Internet programmer and broadcaster of original live and on-demand shows.

Bohrman brings TV network credibility to the net broadcaster, which has been mired in controversy lately. Previous CEO Larry Lux resigned recently claiming personal differences.

Nevertheless, Joshua Harris, founder and Chairman of Pseudo says he's confident that Bohrman can take the company to the next level. "He has producedsome of TV's most critically-acclaimed, most-watched, and most rivetingprograms ever. His network TV experience and leadership will help Pseudoattract more top talent, and his excellent management skills andtechnological understanding will help Pseudo emerge as an established mediabrand for the digital age."

Bohrman will take a seat on Pseudo's board of directors. Tony Asnes,who had served as the company's Acting CEO, will continue in his previousrole as Pseudo's President, COO and as a member of the Company's board.
