Colin Sandy is CEO of Sandy Audio Visual LLC (SAV) and serves as Treasurer of the Television, Internet, and Video Association of the District of Columbia (TIVA-DC).  Sandy Audio Visual LLC is an award winning video design, consulting, and production firm based in the DC suburb of Laurel, MD.  SAV sells equipment, consulting, design and integration, training, live production and web streaming services to Corporate, Educational, and Government customers.  SAV produced its first stream in 1997 and continues to seek innovation in the constantly changing streaming media industry.  In addition to corporate pursuits, Colin serves as adjunct faculty at Washington Adventist University.
