Complimentary press registration is available to persons, such as reporters, editors, and correspondents. For more information see the Press Page.
Cancellation, Substitutions, & Refunds Policy
Cancellations received on or before April 5, 2019 will receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after April 6, although you may substitute another person in your place.

Information Today, Inc. assumes no liability for the acts of their suppliers nor for the safety of any Streaming Media East 2019 participant while in transit to or from this event. The total liability during the precise hours of the meeting will be limited to a refund of the registration fee.
