This Exhibitor Service Manual is designed to help you easily find all the
information needed to coordinate your exhibit at the 2008 show.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Each exhibiting company receives a company listing on the Streaming Media East Web site as well as a listing and logo in the Final Program. Please submit your company description and logo via our online form as soon as possible:

Each exhibiting company receives unlimited exhibits-only passes for booth personnel as well as (1) one complimentary full conference pass (for
exhibitor use). Please submit your booth personnel and full conference pass by April 30th via the online form:

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
- Each 8' x 10' booth includes: 8ft back drape, 3ft side rails, and standard ID sign.
- Exhibit Hall is carpeted
- Exhibit hall ceiling height is 9 feet!
- All other orders are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
