Accordent Technologies is looking for an accomplished professional who
can positively and immediately impact revenue by implementing results-driven
marketing programs that leverage channel, direct and trade show tactics
to accelerate market adoption of our enterprise rich media communications
solutions.
The Marketing Communications Manager will play a key role in evangelizing
Accordent’s core value proposition to external target markets and serve
as an effective information conduit between the company’s product management,
sales and marketing organizations. The ideal candidate blends exceptional
communications skills with analytical competency and a history of managing
programs with demonstrated and measurable ROI.
Responsibilities Include:
•Marketing Communications: Support development of Accordent marketing,
sales and partner materials including print and electronic promotions,
rich media and print collateral, partner and customer communications,
and sales collateral and tools;
•Partner and Channel Programs: Support marketing and communications
programs that escalate visibility for Accordent products and stimulate
up-sell and incremental business among the company’s global network of
value-added reseller, systems integration and technology partners;
•Lead Generation Programs: Develop, execute, test and measure lead-generation
programs – including direct mail and Webinars - from messaging to tactics,
lists, offers, creative, fulfillment, marketing database integration and
delivery to inside sales;
•Trade Shows and Events: Manage Accordent’s global trade show program
for maximum ROI, establishing program goals with Product Marketing and
Sales, managing cross-functional teams, selecting and managing global
vendors and tracking and measuring program results via integration with
the company’s CRM system.
Position Requirements:
•5+ years marketing experience – with an emphasis on communications and
collateral development - for enterprise software sales company and
familiarity with both direct and two-tier global sales teams;
•Excellent understanding of demand creation and direct marketing principles
and market segmentation techniques and strong knowledge of marketing
program development and delivery and managing outside vendors and
agencies;
•Exceptional, proven project management skills. Must be able to manage
multiple programs and concurrent deadlines with excellent attention to
details.
•Experience with marketing databases and CRM tools required. Experience
with SalesForce.com a plus.
•Strong interpersonal skills in team environment.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications.
