(exhibits-only passes) and (1) complimentary full-conference pass for
internal use (access to 3-day conference only; excludes pre-conference
seminars).

available for your convenience. You must register with GES Online to
access online ordering. Instructions are available on the GES site. For

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING
INFORMATION:
- Each booth includes: 8-ft back drape, 3-ft side rails, and
standard ID sign.
- All other orders are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
- All exhibitors are required to carpet their booths, per the
exhibitor contract.
IMPORTANT DEADLINES:
- Advance Shipments may begin arriving at Warehouse: Friday,
August 22, 2008
- Discount Deadline for GES orders: Tuesday, September 2, 2008
- Last day for Advance Shipments to arrive at Warehouse
without surcharges: Thursday, September 18
- Direct Shipments to Exhibit Site: Tuesday, September 23,
2008
