Submitting the registration form does not automatically qualify you for a Streaming Media West 2008 Conference & Exhibition press badge. You will receive written notification of your press pass approval.

The management of Streaming Media West 2008 reserves the right to ask for the following information from working press:

Print Media: Provide a copy of your business card or a copy of a current masthead clearly displaying your name and editorial title or an industry-related article written by you within the last six months.

Freelance Writers: Submit a letter (on letterhead) from an editorial contact at the publication indicating that you are covering the show for that publication.
