DeWayne is the President and CEO of Ortiva Wireless, operator of a dedicated mobile content delivery network and developer of carrier systems for ensuring quality video delivery over highly variable mobile networks.  DeWayne has over twenty years of telecommunications industry experience.  Prior to Ortiva, he was President, North American Telecoms for LogicaCMG, a major provider of IT and wireless telecommunications systems, with more than 30,000 employees across 36 countries. He served as Vice President and General Manager with XO Communications. DeWayne serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations and holds an MBA from the University of Texas.
