Chuck is a Managing Director with inCode Consulting. He advises senior media and telecom executives on business strategy, new ventures, and operations improvement. He leads inCode’s Media and Internet practice and co-leads the Private Equity practice. His expertise includes m-commerce, digital marketing, mobile networks, streaming media, channel development, and client management.

Chuck previously co-founded a start-up, Convergence Corp, that was acquired by Amazon.com to launch mobile shopping. He spent over six years with GTE Wireless, now Verizon, where he pioneered that company's entry into wireless data. Chuck holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management and earned a B.A. in Economics with Honors from the University of Virginia.
