Recently Kathryn has produced multi-camera interactive live-streams for brands that include LG, Amazon, BMW, Apple and Kickstarter and for music events including Alicia Keys live from the Apollo, The Dresden Dolls live from the Coney Island Amphitheater, and the David Bowie Tribute live from City Winery.

A leader and innovator in the live-streamed performing arts since the first platforms launched in 2007, Kathryn conceived of and produced the first live-streamed web series, the first live-streamed interactive play, the first live-streamed performing arts festival, the first live-streamed webathon, and the first professional play live-streamed to select New York City schools. In addition, as CEO of VirtualArtsTV, Kathryn built the first platform and first mobile app dedicated to the live-streamed performing arts.

Kathryn has also produced and directed several activist live-streams including the global live-stream of the Women’s March Sister Marches, Women Respond to Palin and The Reproductive Freedom Festival.

Previously, Kathryn served as Vice-President of Branded and Sponsored Entertainment at online video start-up For Your Imagination where her clients included Panasonic, Warner Brothers and dice.com.

Kathryn has been an online marketing and web development consultant and has spoken about online video, live-streaming and social media at conferences and panels across the US.
