Dave Habiger has served as president and CEO of Sonic Solutions since April 2005. A leader in digital media software, Sonic's products range from advanced authoring systems used to produce Hollywood DVD and Blu-ray Disc titles to award-winning consumer applications and services. During his tenure, the company's product portfolio has expanded to include the Roxio CinemaNow platform. CinemaNow is currently being used by leading retailers, content owners and consumer electronics manufacturers to participate in the digital distribution of video entertainment.

Mr. Habiger has held various roles at Sonic since joining the company in its early stages in 1993, including being general manager of the company's largest division, the Desktop Products Group (now the Roxio Division). Prior to joining Sonic, Habiger was a product manager at the Roscor Corporation, a leading provider of professional video, audio, multimedia and computer-based products and services. He was also a founder of Providence Productions, a media production company. Habiger holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a B.B.A from St. Norbert College in DePere, WI.
