RON WHEELER is Senior Vice President, Content Protection and Technology Strategy, with Twentieth Century Fox in Los Angeles.  In this capacity, he counsels Fox on content protection and technology matters, co-represents Fox at the Motion Picture Association of America, at Motion Picture Laboratories, Inc. and at a number of multi-industry standard-setting organizations, and speaks frequently on content protection and technology issues.  Prior to taking his current position, he served for 15 years as head of the Fox Group Legal content protection function, and before that counseled Fox on a wide variety of content protection technology, transactional and competition law matters.  He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School, and his B.A. in History from Yale University.
