Mix and mingle over drinks and the Pacific sunset! Our VIP Mixer is a great opportuntity to meet new people, share experiences, and learn from each other in a casual, relaxed atmosphere. Open to all full-conference pass types, speakers, and vendors. *Not included with the Discovery Pass.

Grab a beer or glass wine and visit with our extensive hall of exhibitors. Open to all pass types.

5th Annual Streaming Media Beer Garden
Tuesday, November 13 | 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Join us for a fun night on the lawn as you network with industry peers while enjoying a selection of good brews and eats, as well as live music from our German Trio. Open to all pass types.

Readers' Choice Awards Ceremony

Celebrate the winners of the annual Streaming Media magazine Readers' Choice Awards during a special ceremony at 9:30 a.m. after the morning Keynote on Wednesday, November 14.

Expo Hours

The 2018 Streaming Media Expo is your opportunity to develop a short list of streaming media technology and service providers that can help you overcome your online video challenges. At Streaming Media West, you’ll gain exclusive access to the world’s leading companies who are forging a path to a new era of digital media. Our expo hall is designed to be a meeting and gathering place for attendees, speakers, and industry experts. Here you can share ideas, seek advice, and mingle with your friends, colleagues, and thought leaders in the industry. Access to the Expo is included in all pass options.

Registration will be located in the Conference Center foyer of the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa and will be opened during the following hours.

Complimentary press registration is available to persons, such as reporters, editors, and correspondents. For more information see the Press Page. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before October 12, 2018 will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after October 12.
