Serving as TAG’s Chief Strategy & Cloud Officer, Peter’s experience includes 20 years of news and live event coverage, engineering and management at ABC and Fox Networks; the launch of a satellite based CDN at PanAmSat; and nearly two decades of product leadership at Miranda (Grass Valley) and BroadStream Solutions. Peter’s passion is transforming video production into the cloud, and has led cloud migration for several broadcasters, networks and technology vendors. Peter’s broad experiences in live events, playout, technology development and cloud enable TAG to develop new solutions for a constantly changing media landscape.

He is a SMPTE Fellow and has previously served as SMPTE's Membership VP, Secretary/Treasurer and Eastern Regional Governor and has produced the "Bits by the Bay" SMPTE technology conference in the Washington DC area since 1999.
