Joey Monjure serves as Frndly TV’s Vice President of Product and Customer Experience. Monjure oversees all aspects of Frndly TV’s customer experience department encompassing all customer service operations and customer retention initiatives. Additionally, he is responsible for Frndly TV product development and is also responsible for all billing operations and management of software deployment. Prior to joining Frndly TV, Monjure was at DISH Network for more than 5 years. Monjure graduated from California State University at Chico with a B.A. in History. He holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
