Solan Strickling is the Senior Director of Streaming at Hartbeat (Kevin Hart’s global, multi-platform media company). At Hartbeat, Solan is the Head of the Platform Business and leads a team focused on monetization via digital distribution including AVOD, FAST, and emerging technologies such as Web3. In his role he guides the strategy for Hartbeat’s flagship consumer brand LOL! Network which has successfully launched across multiple OTT platforms. Prior to his role with Hartbeat Solan has experience in deal finance & analytics working at Disney, NBCUniversal & Lionsgate.Thus far in his career Solan has worked on content deals that have grossed over $1B of revenue. Solan holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from Morehouse College, and an MBA from University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
