As Executive Director, Global Distribution Technology for ViacomCBS, Arthur and his team are responsible with ensuring the post-theatrical distribution of ViacomCBS content is executed in a manner that meets the company's requirements. Arthur's deep understanding of complex media workflows enables him to ensure licensing partners handle and distribute ViacomCBS content securely.

Arthur leverages this expertise as a thought leader to an executive-level technology operations leadership team within ViacomCBS to constantly evaluate and improve internal workflows that drives global linear, VOD, and online content delivery in partnership with hundreds of licensees worldwide.

Throughout his career, Arthur has ushered major studios and networks into new levels of project management rigor while leading multiple strategic initiatives including the selection and implementation of new content management tools (digital asset management – DAM, digital rights management – DRM, media asset management – MAM, streaming video platforms, forensic watermarking, and work order management). An early adopter of new technology, he has frequently been selected to represent the studio and networks on multiple cross-industry standard-setting boards and consortia (e.g., DTLA, DCP, MPA, W3C, MESA, CDSA, Streaming Video Alliance).
