Neil Smith is General Manager of AOL Music Now at America Online Inc.. In this role, Mr. Smith is responsible for strategy and operations of the leading digital music subscription service featured on AOL Music. In addition, his team is charged with overseeing and developing new business opportunities for AOL's premier premium services.

With over 15 years in consumer marketing experience and nearly 10 years at AOL, Mr. Smith has been a leader in driving new businesses that extend the reach of AOL's content to new audiences and even beyond the PC. He developed and managed partner relationships and led product development and marketing efforts the AOL Anywhere program and, more recently, brought AOL's popular You've got Pictures, AOL Radio and AOL Music On Demand services to the living room of millions of consumers through Windows Media Center PCs and digital media adapters.

Prior to joining AOL, Mr. Smith was an account supervisor for Nissan Motors at TBWA/Chiat/Day Inc. Advertising. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
