Daniel has been working at the intersection of content and new media since 1993. At Google, he is responsible for creating content relationships for Google's Video initiative. Prior to joining Google in April 2005, Daniel was the General Manager, VP at Barnes&Noble. com where he oversaw the merchandising, editorial, and production operations since 1998. Mr. Blackman was the Director of Internet Development at HarperCollins Publishers, and also was the Director of Content Production for News Corp's iGuide Service, later known as TVGuide.com. He graduated from New York University with a degree in Film Production.
