Chris Ficarra is Senior Vice President, Integrated Marketing for MTV Music Group's digital properties; MTV.com, VH1.com and CMT.com. In this role, Ficarra oversees the creation and implementation of sponsor integration strategies for MTV Music Group's digital properties.

Throughout his time at MTV Music Group, Ficarra has created several groundbreaking cross channel digital programs including "POSTED," and the revival of MTV's popular "Unplugged" series as a digital cross platform program.

Ficarra joined MTV Music Group in 2003 coming to VH1 in 2003 as Director of Integrated Marketing where he developed multi-platform marketing concepts for VH1's key advertising partners. He most recently served as Vice President for VH1's Integrated Marketing team.

Before joining MTV Music Group, Ficarra was at Vivendi Universal Net/Universal Music Group where he served as General Manager of RollingStone.com as well as Vice President, Sales Marketing & Operations at GetMusic.com and Director, Sales Marketing & Operations at Farmclub.com.

Prior to that, Ficarra held positions at the National Basketball Association (NBA) most recently as Manager, Global Marketing & Media. He started his media career at True North Media Inc. as a research analyst. Ficarra graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor's degree in psychology.
