David Sayed is a Principal Program Manager in Microsoft's Cloud + AI Group focusing on product strategy for Media and Entertainment. He recently returned to Microsoft having left in 2012 to build cloud media technologies at Amazon Web Services and then led cloud transformation at Brightcove, the industry’s largest Online Video Platform, where he was VP of Product Management and Engineering. He has a deep and broad knowledge of video and cloud development, and operating large scale systems.

Sayed is a native of London, England where he graduated from Imperial College with a degree in electrical engineering. He now lives in the Seattle area.
