Vittorio is a long time video hacker and member of several multimedia open source communities. In the past, he was involved with the stereoscopic 3D standardization in ISO/MPEG and DVB, and more recently with the video metadata in MP4 and AV1. Since the start, Vittorio has always been interested in video quality preservation and color conversion, and shared his knowledge in several occasions, such as FOSDEM, EBU DevCon, and Demuxed conferences. He now works at Vimeo making sure videos are encoded at the best quality possible.
