Greg Gemignani has been an attorney practicing gaming, intellectual property, and online commerce law since 1999. His experience includes representing game developers and game contest promoters (including competitive video game contests) since before the term esports was widely used. He has represented a wide range of companies that include major casino corporations, gambling device manufacturers, sports book operators, and video game publishers. In addition to practicing law, Greg has been teaching gaming law related courses at the UNLV Boyd School of Law (Nevada’s only law school) since 2004, and he is on the faculty of the International Center for Gaming Regulation and lectures about gaming technology, online gaming, federal gaming laws, gaming compliance, esports, sports wagering, and horserace wagering.
