George Klippel is the Director of Channel Sales for North America. He holds over 30 years of experience in broadcast television, post-production, higher-education and corporate sectors. Prior to LiveU, George was a Strategic Account Manager and spearheaded Avid’s Education initiative for video products. He also was a Partner Account Manager for North America and oversaw resellers and distributors who sold Avid’s video product line. Previously, George was responsible for classroom technology and the distributed education experience at Carnegie Mellon University and Case Western Reserve University. George also worked as a freelance editor and cameraman with the Cleveland Browns and Cavaliers. George lives in Pittsburgh with his wife and cheers on his hometown Steelers on game day.
