Todd Achilles is CEO of Evoca, a Next-Generation TV provider delivering advanced digital services to small and mid-sized markets across the US. Evoca is the industry’s first ATSC 3.0 over-the-air + internet broadcasting service, now available in Boise, ID.

A former Army tank officer, Todd has spent his civilian career in product, engineering and marketing roles within the tech and telecom sectors, holding executive roles at T-Mobile, HTC and Hewlett-Packard. He served four years as a mayoral appointee on Seattle's Citizens’ Technology and Telecommunications Board and currently serves on the boards of the Idaho Center for Fiscal Policy and the Frank Church Institute at Boise State University. Todd received his BA from Claremont McKenna College, his MBA and MAIS from the University of Washington, and MPA from UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy, where he is a guest lecturer.
