Ms. Jones is Head of Global Business Affairs and Content Growth for Conde Nast. In her role, Jones is responsible for the deal negotiation and strategy that underlies all of Conde Nast’s content globally, including all articles, photographs and illustrations that go into all of Conde Nast’s magazines as well as Conde Nast’s tv and film projects, podcasts, digital videos and branded content. In her role, Ms. Jones also oversees Conde Nast’s global business development and content partnerships team, continually finding new partnerships to distribute Conde Nast’s content across third party platforms. Ms. Jones’ day-to-day activities include leading teams and driving results related to cross-platform brand and content strategies, content distribution and utilization, creation of efficient business processes, workflows and communication plans, international cross-platform dealmaking, rights negotiations and tracking, and future-focused business development and innovation.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Jones worked as Vice President of Business Affairs for Disney+. She was the second employee hired at Disney+, and as such, was instrumental in building the business and operational infrastructure behind its success. In her role, Jones provided business guidance to Disney executives regarding SVOD dealmaking and operations, negotiated licenses with internal and external studios and negotiated with talent representation for services from actors, writers, directors and producers. Her remit included both scripted and unscripted content, live and animated content and U.S and international content. Previously, Jones worked as Associate Principal Counsel for Marvel Entertainment, providing business and legal guidance on all aspects of Marvel’s television and digital entertainment businesses and negotiating deals for television shows, including those for Netflix, Hulu, ABC, FX, FOX and Disney Channel.

Ms. Jones began her legal career as a litigation associate at the law firm of Munger, Tolles & Olson after graduating from Yale Law School and Stanford University. Jones resides in Los Angeles, California with her husband, two sons and two golden retrievers.
