Richard Andes is the Director of Customer Success for Telestream, where he spends his time working with customers across a wide range of products to define, architect, and support solutions for their needs. He started his career in broadcast freelancing in production before moving into news technical operations, broadcast engineering, and IT solutions. Working at both the local station and corporate levels, he has handled the implementation and integration of products across many platforms. Since joining Telestream in 2017, he has continued to focus on improving solutions for broadcast and media operations, including implementations for on-premises, cloud based, and hybrid infrastructure.
