We can't get together in Boston in June, but you can still see where the world of online video is going and find out how to get there first by joining us for Streaming Media East Connect, a week long series of video webinars that will run from June 2-5. Best of all, these sessions are all free to attend!
In addition, we are pleased to announce the dates for Streaming Media West 2020 in Huntington Beach, CA which will take place October 5 - 7 as well as Streaming Media East 2021 which will take place May 24 – 26 at the Westin Copley Place in Boston, MA.

Due to the current health crisis, Information Today, Inc., the organizer of the Streaming Media East conference, decided that it was no longer possible to hold the live, in-person event that was scheduled for June 1 – 3 at the Westin Copley Place in Boston, MA. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciated your understanding and support as we navigated through these very unusual circumstances to determine our best path forward.
Please note the following information regarding the cancellation of the in-person, live Streaming Media East conference in Boston, MA.
Do I need to cancel my hotel reservation?
If you booked through our preferred housing bureau, Meeting & Travel Consultants (MTC), you do NOT have to cancel your hotel reservation. MTC has not charged any credit cards and all reservations will be cancelled automatically.
However, if you booked outside of the group block, please refer to your individual reservation confirmation for cancellation terms.
Do I need to cancel other travel arrangements?
Yes. We encourage you to cancel any travel plans you may have made on your own in relation to Streaming Media East.
I was a registered attendee, do I need to cancel my registration?
No. At this time you do not need to cancel your registration with us. We will reach out to all registered attendees with additional instructions in the coming weeks.
I was a speaker, do I need to cancel my participation?
No. At this time you do not need to cancel your participation with us. We will reach out to all speakers with additional information in the coming weeks.

I was an exhibiting company, do I need to cancel my booth or sponsorship?
No. At this time you do not need to cancel your participation with us. We will reach out to all exhibitors with additional information in the coming weeks. Additionally, all exhibiting companies have been emailed separately regarding additional information and instructions pertaining to their booth due to the in-person event no longer taking place.
