Prior to Encoding.com, Jeff founded Razz Inc. (venture funded - $12M). Razz provides audio and telephony-based applications that have been distributed by leading wireless carriers worldwide. Prior to Razz, Jeff was founder / CEO of FreeSamples.com, a research and analytics service provider in the consumer packaged goods industry (venture funded $17M). Jeff graduated with a BA in Music from the University of Michigan and is an active musician in the San Francisco community.
