Sara Demenkoff is a senior entertainment marketing executive, most recently serving as VP, Brand & Program Marketing at Showtime, now P+ with Showtime, a division of Paramount Global. 

Demenkoff has had the esteemed privilege of watching and talking about TV for most of her life, crediting The Oprah Winfrey Show and General Hospital as her favorite after school babysitters. She hit pay dirt as an intern at Dateline NBC and realized her years of sitting on the couch as a kid would result in a career after all.

Demenkoff got her start as an NBC Page and assistant to Al Roker at The Today Show before jumping to Imagine Entertainment where in between reading scripts earned an MBA from Fordham University. Post degree, she returned to NBCU to join the #1 cable network, USA Network.

When not streaming her favorite shows, you can find her listening to industry podcasts, reading books on leadership, praying at the church of Peloton and drinking copious amounts of coffee. 

She happily lives in Hoboken, NJ with husband, Bill Hartnett, and their two sons Reggie and Archer.
