Biography - Karen Morgan

Karen grew up in Brussels and London, and has lived and worked in Europe, Asia and the US.

A Philosophy/Psychology graduate, she started her career in publishing, working in international sales and marketing. 

Her recruitment career began in the US at a leading search firm in the marketing space, where she played a key role, building both their market research & brand marketing recruitment practices, working with leading corporations across the country. 

Karen later moved to Los Angeles to open their first West Coast office. She went on to launch her own recruitment firm, Morgan Search International, in 2000. 

Karen is active in the research community, both on a national and local level. She’s a member of Women In Research (WIRe) and WIRexec, an exclusive group of female business owners & leaders. She’s a regular speaker at conferences and is quoted as an industry expert in national publications such as The WSJ & The LA Times. 

Morgan Search specializes in placing insights & marketing talent across the globe and has built exceptional teams for many leading corporations as well as start-ups. Clients include Netflix, Paramount, Microsoft, Starbucks & American Express.

Karen has a passion for people and creative problem solving. She has dedicated most of her career to working with individuals towards their professional growth, and helping companies build outstanding teams.
