Susanne is a senior digital media and entertainment executive with over 15 years of experience managing multimillion-dollar P&Ls and global operations from conception to execution, as well as building and leading innovative streaming and digital brand businesses within large media organizations. In roles across CBS, Time, Inc., and AMC Networks, Susanne has consistently delivered strong results by building high performance organizations and developing multi-platform opportunities to reach diverse audiences and increase revenue and subscriber engagement. Susanne currently serves as an advisor and consultant to large media, sports and consumer organizations on direct-to-consumer best practices in digital marketing, partnerships, content strategy, and launching streaming channels. Previously, as SVP of News Digital Streaming at CBS, she played a key role in making CBS News the original leader in streaming news. She also designed the multi-year business model for CBSN Films documentary studio, acquiring documentaries for distribution across all ViacomCBS platforms worldwide. Her earlier accomplishments include developing the first streaming services for People and Sundance, launching SmithsonianChannel.com and developing the original digital strategy for the Smithsonian Network.
