Anthony Diaz-Matos, Director, is Global Head of Unified Communications & Collaboration in the Global Digital Workplace group at BlackRock. Anthony's team is responsible for the strategic direction, delivery and implementation of communication solutions across the firm. This includes IP telephony, telepresence, document management, audio, video and web conferencing, broadcast media, event support, webcasting and digital signage. Relying on the experience of the team's members, Anthony's team combines new and existing technologies to deliver a world-class experience for all audiences regardless of location, medium, or business unit, all while remaining cost conscious and cost effective.

Prior to joining BlackRock in 2010, Anthony was the Head of Global Collaboration Services for Tandberg/Cisco where he was responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company's emerging collaborative services business unit. Anthony also held several roles at Lehman Brothers where he was Global Head of Event Production and Head of Multimedia Services Europe and Mid East based in London. Before Lehman Brothers, Anthony's roles included webcast sales for TalkPoint Communications and various video production positions covering global fashion and local news.

Anthony graduated from Iona College with a B.A. in Communication Arts
