Bio

Cinematographer Manuel Billeter has been in high demand the past few years, lensing multiple award-winning series for Netflix.

Billeter recently wrapped shooting the Red Line pilot for CBS and Berlanti Productions. He previously lensed the Run For Your Life pilot for Blumhouse Television and Syfy, as well as the second season of Marvel’s hit noir drama Jessica Jones. His cinematography in the first season of Jessica Jones set the tone for this dark, gritty series starring Krysten Ritter.

For Netflix, Billeter also shot the critically-praised Luke Cage, starring Mike Colter and created by Cheo Hodari Coker; and Iron Fist, created by Scott Buck.

Billeter’s credits also include episodes of: Marvel’s The Punisher; the award-winning drama Orange is the New Black; the dark and stylized CBS vigilante crime-fighting series, Person of Interest; and camera work for films including Lawless and Tower Heist.
