Rich Mavrogeanes has been in the technology industry for more than 40 years. He has founded and grown 4 successful Connecticut based companies. He is currently President and Chief Technology Officer of DiscoverVideo, LLC. The company is focused on providing cost effective visual communications solutions to a variety of education, commercial and government clients worldwide. DiscoverVideo was the one of Inc. Magazine’s Fasting Growing Company in the United States and has won top honors in the Marcom Top 40 awards.

Rich is active in the Public, Education, and Government TV community. He is the also the most senior board member of the Connecticut Commission for Educational Technology, appointed by the President Pro Tem of the Senate.

Rich founded VBrick Systems, Inc. in 1997 and served as the President, CEO, and Chief Technology Officer for a dozen years, and helped grow the company to a major force in the video streaming industry. Prior to VBrick, he was a founding executive at Switched Network Technologies and AVIDIA. He worked for 15 years in the U.S. Defense industry and was a Director at General Datacom.
