Per Mafrost is the Chief Technology Officer at RealSprint, with solid experience as the leading architect for multiple CDNs and in helping customers build interactive video solutions at scale. Since 2015, he's been leading the development of RealSprint's products where Vindral is the sub-second latency live streaming solution, supporting 4K quality and synchronized playout.

With a focus on future-proofing streaming technology, Per has successfully guided numerous clients through the transition from legacy systems to state-of-the-art solutions. In 2022, Per's team adopted the AV1 codec, cementing Vindral as a prime mover and an industry-leading solution. Per earned his bachelor's degree in computer science from Umea University, Sweden, in 2012. His bachelor's thesis was widely recognized and awarded for academic excellence.
