Sunil Koteyar has over 15 years of experience in Video and Image compression. His focus encompass building video compression products and improving compression efficiency and Video quality for different applications. Sunil is currently a Senior Video Engineer within the Video Transcoding team at Twitch, AWS. His team is responsible for building and operating transcoding solutions for Twitch and AWS IVS. Prior to Twitch, Sunil worked at AMD and Evertz Microsystems building and improving a wide range of video products and solutions. Sunil’s current interests include low latency transcoding, content aware encoding and improving compression efficiency for streaming applications.
