Gary Vaynerchuk: "Social Media Is Over-Hyped"

At SXSW, the New Media Minute caught up with Internet expert and social media impresario Gary Vaynerchuk to discuss how brands and marketers can apply the lessons of his latest book, The Thank You Economy.

Gary says the value in social media for brands is not media, meaning media-created content including print and "push" video.  The real value is in engagement, he says.
