Article Featured Image

Only one awards program lets the end users have their say about their favorite online video tools, products, and services—the Streaming Media Readers' Choice Awards. And the process begins with the nominations.

Simply complete and submit the nomination form before August 31. Streaming Media’s editorial team evaluate all submissions to make sure they fit their categories, and final nominees are announced on September 5 when online voting opens. The top 3 finalists in each category will be announced on in mid-October, and the winners receive their award at Streaming Media West in Los Angeles on October 31. (You can also make nominations in the European Readers' Choice Awards here.)

Winners are also featured in the December/January issue of Streaming Media magazine, on StreamingMedia.com, and published in StreamingMedia Xtra newsletter. This year, our awards program is sponsored by Wowza, Digital Rapids, and Telestream.

Last year's awards drew more than 250 nominations and almost 50,000 votes; you can see the list of 2011 winners here.

This year, we've increased the number of categories to 29. Take a look, and make your nominations today!
