We are also known for our support. While many service providers in this industry tout 24x7 NOC operations, very few of them actually put a support engineer on the phone when customers have issues with content delivery. Tulix knows that its customers rely on our platform to generate revenue, and our success depends entirely on their ability to keep existing subscribers and attract new ones.
