AEG Digital Increases Ad Options with Tremolo Player
Online event specialist AEG Digital Media has released an upgraded version of its Tremolo media player, now offering more opportunities for showing ads and generating revenue.
The player can now show viewers up to nine camera angles at one time. The previous version of the Tremolo player showed a single ad across camera angles. Customers can show ads from a mix of sponsors across those nine camera angles.
"Offering the viewer a multi-angle experience results in increased engagement and viewing time," says Michael Goldfine, president of AEG Digital Media. "This in turn directly impacts the number of ad impressions making for greater functionality for event sponsors."
The player now allows customers to insert unique ads into each stream, and each can get unique DoubleClick ad support. Customers can now use a remote option to reconfigure their players.
"The enhanced Tremolo media player opens the doors to new revenue opportunities by enabling our customers to support integrated advertising for their streamed events," says Ben Rolling, vice president of development for AEG Digital Media. "In doing so, we have enabled not just dynamically changing ads to reflect the user's stream selection, but also calls to action such as social media submissions."
