Chyron Partners with Excalibur

European-based Chyron (www.chyron.com) announced at Streaming Media Europe that it partnered with Virginia-based Excalibur Technologies.

Excalibur's products will be used by Chyron in its media asset management tools to create a full featured capture, index engine, said the companies.

Roger Henderson, chief executive officer of Chyron Corporation said broadband access drove the deal.
