Digisette to Develop Cassette-Like Digital Audio Player

Startup company Digisette (http://www.digisette.com) announced it is developing a MP3 digital audio player that can play on standard cassette players.

Digisette is licensing technology from Audible to enable playback of Audible content. Audible and Digisette will work together to co-market the new player.

Digisette's "Duo-MP3" device can be hooked up to cassette decks or be used as a stand-alone portable digital audio device. The hardware has the same size and shape of an audiocassette.
