Eveo Launches EveoPitch

Eveo (http://www.eveo.com) said it was launching EveoPitch, a forum for indie filmmakers or anyone with a movie idea, to pitch projects to executives from IFC, HBO, Discovery, Madstone, and Winstar.

Essentially, anyone can create a short online video (their EveoPitch) to sell their idea.

Deadlines for pitch submissions is August 25, said Eveo CEO Oliver Zitoun.

Those picked will have an all-expenses paid, one-on-one meeting with a top-level executive. Ideas must be for a feature-length narrative or documentary film concept.

Zitoun said, "As a young boy, I always dreamt of the chance to make my own films. With Eveo we have not only found a way of making the possibility a reality for everyone, but with `eveos,' we have also created the technology to make it happen. Developing EveoPitch with IFFCON is one more way of giving new filmmaking opportunities to the masses of online viewers."
