Eveo Targets Travel Sites

Video services provider Eveo (www.eveo.com) announced the launch of a solutions platform targeting sites in need of travel-related video content.

Called simply, EveoTravel, the platform includes creation, encoding, and publishing services for customers interested in building virtual tours, or developing streaming video promotions and travelogues.

"Travel businesses can showcase video on their sites without the trouble or expense involved in outsourcing to multiple companies or purchasing a patchwork of fragmented technologies that address only a portion of their needs," said Olivier Zitoun, founder and CEO of Eveo, in a statement.

Formerly an exclusive destination Web site for aspiring filmmakers, Eveo announced an expansion of it business strategies last fall to try and develop services and products for businesses. While the entertainment site remains, Zitoun said in an interview that currently all the company's resources are dedicated to build its ASP business model.
