FastFoward Hires VP of Sales

FastForward Networks (http://www.ffnet.com), a new San Francisco-based streaming media company announced the appointment of Dave Butler as vice president of sales.

Butler is charged with building the company's sales organization to reach content distributors and service providers.

Butler was previously with FORE Systems, where he served as vice president of international sales operations and grew revenues from $16 million to $150 million in less than two years.
