GMV Network and Industrial Bandwidth Enter Into a Technology Partnership

GMV Network (www.gmvnetwork.com), developer of standards-based software technologies for Internet and communications infrastructure, and Industrial Bandwidth ( www.industrialbandwidth.com), a provider of streaming media signal acquisition services, announced a strategic technology partnership, that the companies indicate, will enable more efficient distribution over Industrial Bandwidth's content signal acquisition network.

The companies will integrate GMV Network's INcoder and AudioEdge software applications into Industrial Bandwidth's StreamAcquire system. StreamAcquire is a system that bridges the gap between the source of the streaming media and content distribution networks.

The integration of GMV Network's standards-based software into Industrial Bandwidth's StreamAcquire system, delivers a streaming media signal acquisition solution that supports the major media players from a single server platform.

Under the terms of the agreement, Industrial Bandwidth will license and deploy more than 1,000 GMV Network INcoders and 50 AudioEdge server applications.
