Global Media Changes Name

Global Media Corp. (http://www.globalmedia.com) said today it was changing its name to GlobalMedia.com. It also received received approval today to list on the Nasdaq market, to take effect tomorrow.

The company has been trading on the NASD OTC Bulletin Board.

GlobalMedia.com is an e-commerce and streaming service provider. It creates customized versions of the RealPlayer, for example, to give its customers a branded, personalized experience.

Global Media's President Jeff Mandlebaum commented, "We are extremelypleased to be able to announce that we have achieved a Nasdaq National Marketlisting.
