Pictron Announces Solution for Searchable Video

Pictron (http://www.pictron.com) said today it was launching its Media Gateway Service, a "onestop" solution to video-enable web sites with searchable video.

The service can help users manage and integrate video and is powered byPictron's media technology.

Pictron encodes the video in RealNetworks, Microsoft, and QuickTime formats in multiple bitrates for targeted audiences. In the process, Pictron's Media Gateway Suite automatically indexes, catalogs, and summarizes video content to make video searchable.
