RadioWave.com Announces Investment by Susquehanna Radio

RadioWave.com (http://www.radiowave.com) maker of customized streaming audio players, announced an investment by the Susquehanna Radio Corp. ( http://www.suspfz.com), the nation's largest privately-held radio group.

Susquehanna is not just an investor, but a customer of RadioWave.com.

It signed an agreement last week to feature RadioWave.com players on all of its station web sites and to begin to use RadioWave.com's live broadcast advertising insertion capabilities.

RadioWave.com developed technology to allow radio stations to separate their over-the-air and Internet advertising inventories for a live broadcast so that the same inventory can be sold twice, once for each medium.

"Susquehanna's investment in RadioWave.com further demonstrates their savvy about the future of audio on the Internet. Together we are changing the way people will experience audio online and we are providing advertisers with an opportunity to target Web users in a way that they've not had before," said Bill Pearson, CEO of RadioWave.com.

Susquehanna owns and operates 23 AM and FM stations in major markets across the country.
